Who is behind SSL?
My name is Denise, a cheerful Dutchie who likes smiling every day and enjoy the little things in life. Professionally, I work in a corporate think tank where the motor drives in full power and where I try to manage my work-life balance. In my free time, I am a passionate foodie who likes lazing around and being in travel fever at any opportunity.
I start building this blog after I had a heavy back surgery. Bored at home and thinking about how to kill my time from my bed and keep my mind motivated. As wise people say, the best way to do this is learning a new skill combined with your interests.
That’s where my blog Simple Single Lifestyle started to evolve in this cyber space. SSL shares my life journeys, an online diary where I can pen down my passions. Either you are single, in a relationship or in a family environment; you may find a story that fit in your lifestyle of interests. My stories are about:
- Discovering new places, this can be locally in the Netherlands or abroad with tips of my visits.
- Inspirations in life e.g. cooking recipes, self-drivers, creativity
