Simply Delicious

I just love eating! Some friends find me a crazy foodie. When I eat something and it bring excitement to my taste buds, my mind and heart can explode tremendously. Filled with full of joy at that tasting moment, it’s like a sweet sparkling bomb flowing with high speed through my veins, making me feel über happy. Are you with me?

I am not a princess in the kitchen but I love cooking. Think the major drive is just because I love eating. I don’t see food a primary need because food can also bring a delightful experience and happiness. So far I’m doing a good job and always receive compliments… or my friends are just being nice to me. HOW I COOK ?  Most of the time I KEEP IT SIMPLE and BE CREATIVE, especially when I don’t have much time and feel hungry. What I always have and use are:

 

BASIC INGREDIENTS IN THE FREEZER KITCHEN TOOLS
  • Sea salt & pepper mill
  • Extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil
  • White wine
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Honey
  • Ginger, garlic, red shallot
  • Chicken stock cube
  • Curry powder, bell pepper powder
  • Oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil
  • Thai red curry paste
  • Red chilli peppers
  • Thyme, rosemary, laurel and lime leaves
  • Meat in portion’s
  • Oven, microwave
  • Rice cooker
  • Hand blender
  • Food processor
  • Colander
  • Measuring cup
  • Potato peeler
  • Greaseproof paper, aluminium foil
